Motivational videos never cease to have an emotional impact on us. The pictures and words are usually backed by an appropriately uplifting music as well. What if you were to create your own personal video in your mind? It would contain highlights of things you have done well, things that you are proud of and times where you have been on an emotional high.
This is a simple exercise that only requires 5 min per day…yet how many people do it?
Go ahead now and list two or three times where you have felt that shift, relive them with all their associated sights, sounds and feelings and note the change in how you feel because it. What if you are to create these feelings every day?
