This is the second in the short series of three drills to improve the contact you make with the golf ball. The first video was about keeping your hands quiet and catching the ball with a descending blow.
This video shows how you can check that your club is travelling on the correct path. In fact the principle outlined here applies to every shot you play where the ball is sitting on the ground. The only exceptions are specialty shots, but for the majority of players, use this principle for all your shots.
If you have practiced the drill from the previous video, you can incorporate what you have learned there with ensuring the club is also swinging on the correct path.
If your shots are curving to the left or right in the air, then your swing path needs improving. Use this drill to help straighten up all your shots.
